Manage and delete your personal data from Hadis Sepeti
Most of your data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted immediately without contacting us:
| Data | How to Delete |
|---|---|
| Chat history & messages | Sign out within the app → all chat sessions are cleared |
| Photo queries & results | Sign out within the app → all photo data is cleared |
| Authentication tokens | Sign out within the app → tokens are removed from secure storage |
| Credit balance & transactions | Sign out within the app → transaction history is cleared |
| All local data | Uninstall the app → removes everything from your device |
Tip: To sign out, go to Profile tab → tap Sign Out. This clears all personal data from the app.
If you want us to delete your account and any server-side data associated with your email address, please submit a request below. We will process your request within 30 days.
Account deletion includes:
