BeeVibes ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Hadis Sepeti mobile application (the "App"), available on Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
When you sign in, we collect authentication data through Microsoft Entra External ID (CIAM). Depending on the sign-in method you choose (email, Google, or Microsoft), we may receive:
Sign-in is required to use the App. We do not collect your password; authentication is handled entirely by your chosen identity provider.

We generate a random device identifier (UUID) stored locally on your device. This identifier contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to manage credits before you sign in.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:
You can opt out of personalized ads by adjusting your device settings: Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → disable for Hadis Sepeti.

We share data with the following third-party services to provide core functionality:
Chat messages and photos you submit are sent to OpenAI (San Francisco, USA) for AI-powered analysis. OpenAI processes this data to generate responses. Please refer to OpenAI's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.
We use Microsoft Entra External ID for authentication. When you sign in, your authentication is handled by Microsoft's identity platform. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
Our backend API runs on Microsoft Azure (West Europe region). API requests pass through our Azure Functions backend, which acts as a secure proxy to OpenAI. Your API key is never stored on your device.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded video ads and interstitial ads. Google AdMob may collect device information and advertising identifiers to serve ads. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner apps.
All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS (TLS encryption). No data is transmitted in plain text.
